The area you move the wiimote to control the screen are very small, its different to otherwise and I wouldnt say this new way is preferred but you learn how after a little while.

Also å ä ö isnt signs that work ;) noticed that when I did a Swedish translation

To fit everything on screen some things have to be small. Unfortunately Wii only has an active video area of 640×480. Custom skins can be created to feature certain items. Like the WiiRadio skin that gives a bigger easier navigation.

Thanks for checking out the language, the fontset would have to support those characters.

    Hi,
first sorry for my bad english. I have the Wiiradio on my wii.
I try to play a shoutcast radio channel from my country.
I have made a playlist pls. I can choose the channel then started buffering
and then nothing. On shoutcast i have read it needs AAC+. Does the wiiradio support this. Thank You. Motegi

  4. scanff says:

    Hi Motegi,

Sorry WiiRadio only support mp3 streams. AAC is not supported yet.

  5. Motegi says:

Ok thank you. I hope sometime in one of the nex versions it will be supported.;-)

Another great release!! BRAVO!!! Do you know were can i find a forwarder for this great app, cause the one that i have at the moment it supports only the previous version (0.4)… I tried it with 0.5 and wii got an error stack.. Thanks in advance!!

  7. scanff says:

    Hi tisfo,

    Thanks for the comments.

I actually have no idea where to get one.

  8. jayjay says:

this app is great. works loverly from SD. can you offer any advice to help me make v0.5 work from USB i must be missing something. thanks jay

  9. scanff says:

    Hi jayjay,

No you’re not missing anything, sorry but currently it will only run from the SD card. This is something I must fix.

  10. HAL9000 says:

Updated to .5 and now the WiiRadio forwarder I was using doesn’t work. :(

Anyone happen to have an updated forwarder channel?

  11. scanff says:

hal9000 – Sorry I don’t use one. You might try searching around, You might find some info. on http://gbatemp.net/ if they support forwarders.

  12. s1d says:

my forwarder also stopped working. it works, but causes a crash when exiting your program. not a huge deal, but a disappointment because my friends and i all love the program!

but worse then this, im trying to figure if its the new visualizer or not, but the program just stack dumps after running for a while. this is running from homebrew channel, not the forwarder. 30-50 minutes it takes maybe?

this 3rd time, im going to keep the visualizer off to see if that is why.

anyway, sorry! im not complaining and i love your program! thank you!

  13. s1d says:

for my wii, the visualizer crashes after a period of time. it doesnt seem to happen when its not on, so its all good, just a notation. :) :):):) thank you shit rocks.

  14. scanff says:

Hi guys yes I guess there must be a leak somewhere in the visualizer. I’ll be looking to track it down

  15. spillb says:

Sounds like its a great app, but It will not work for me…when I go to start it, it just resets my wii bringing me back to wii system menu. I thought maybe because I was trying it with USB, but I get the same results with an SD card.
I’m on 4.2, Any ideas what is wrong?

  16. scanff says:

Sounds like it’s not installed correctly. Please try downloading it from the HBB to verify.

  17. Tim says:

I’m not that new to this that I should be able to figure this out but I cannot see the app after installing on my sd card. Can someone help me with the installation??? Thanks!!

  18. JPWinter says:

Need help. When I select a station WiiRadio 0.5 shows ‘Connecting’ and freezes my Wii. I didn’t change anything on my Wii or SD-Card. WiiRadio worked fine a week ago but now I have this problem. Any clue? Internet is working. Tried 0.4 as well – same problem. Installed 0.5 again – doesn’t help. I don’t know what to do.

    Thanx JP
