Donation Requests

Saturday, August 8th, 2009

I receive quite a few emails from supporters wishing to donate to WiiRadio. I’d like to thank you all!

I’m currently in a position where I do not need financial support. But for all who wish to donate please consider supporting my local non-commercial and independent dance station c89.5. They can also be found on SHOUTcast which is fitting for WiiRadio.

You can pledge support at https://secure.c895worldwide.com/pledge/

WiiRadio Skinning engine

Monday, July 27th, 2009

I receive a lot of emails from people about being able to change the look of WiiRadio. The biggest question/suggestion I get is about displaying more stations.

Over the weekend I started working on the skinning engine for WiiRadio. This will allow you to customize the look of WiiRadio. I’m hoping to have a build with this feature in the SVN pretty soon. If you’re interested in creating a skin for WiiRadio then keep checking this thread as I’ll be adding information on how you can skin (When I get the time).

The next release of WiiRadio will contain at least one more skin that’s more inline with the look and feel of the Wii system menu.

If you really can’t wait and want to start skinning now then send me an email and I’ll see about explaining what you need to do.
